10 CARNEGIE-MELLON CONFERENCE Carnegie-Mellon University will hold a two-day conference on "Problem Solving and Education: Issues in Teaching and Research" October 9-10, 1978. The main goal of the Conference is to discuss, in the context of higher educa- tion, how experimental and theoretical work on problem-solving may be applied to practical educational concerns.
