The paper was ranked the first in overall score. IJITDM formally announced this news in its Vol. 11, Issue 1 (Jan. 2012). This year, the award committee evaluated 30 papers that were published in IJITDM during 2002-2010 for the award according to the following criteria: 1. Significance of the paper to the field of Information Technology Decision Making; 2. The extent to which the paper is interesting; 3. Records of academic citations; 4. Theoretical contribution to ITDM; 5. Use of appropriate methodological rigor; 6. Clarity of writing and/or presentation IJITDM has a new ISI Web of Knowledge Impact Factor of 3.139, ranking of 7th out of 108 in the categories of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, 5th out of 126 in Computer Science and Information Systems, 7th out of 97 in Computer Science and Interdisciplinary Application, and 3rd out of 74 in Operations Research & Management Science.
