11_jwe_3-4 NE OVAJ Statement from the Editor-in-Chief JWE is not only dedicated to women’s entrepreneurship and education, but also covers the complex interdisciplinary intersections among these disciplines to yield a interconnected synthesis of ideas and best practices. Namely, it is intended for both educators and researchers, and includes articles that focus on empirical and theoretical research, reflecting a variety of paradigms and issues affecting women in entrepreneurship and education. The fall issue is an exploration into the nature of labour market and gender gap, motivation, leadership, learning and business practice (case studies).
