to be estab lish e d  by th e  V enezuelan In s titu te  fo r Social 
Security a lso  in p ro v id in g  p re p a ra to ry  tra in in g  fo r Vene­
z u elan  stu d e n ts w h o  will be se n t a b ro a d  fo r fu rth e r study 
in th is field.
