ANSwER TO CLINICAL PATHOLOGY CASE OF 
wINTER 2010

There was residual tumor recurrence in the right pelvic fossa. Patient 
underwent pelvic exploration and some sites of metastasis that were 
probably due to spillage in previous surgery were removed. Alfa-fetoprotein 
and BHCG were normal 4 years post operation.
