           connive
           at
           any
           means

           whereby
           he
           may
           escape
           from
           being
           taken
           or
           arrested
           ,

           shall
           not
           use
           their
           best
           endeavors
           for
           his
           apprehension
           ,
           as
           well
           by
           giving
           due
           advertisement
           thereof
           to

           by
           all

           good
           means

           cause
